Protocol for PAC Meeting Agenda

 

 

If any parent or guardian of a student currently attending Frank Hobbs would like to submit an Agenda item;

 

1 – Send a written request 10 days prior to the meeting date to the PAC email.

frankhobbs.pac@vcpac.ca

 

2 – The secretary will forward the request to the PAC Executive & Administration to review before adding to Agenda.

 

3 – The secretary will advise/respond to the email and if required add the item to the Agenda.
